Prices
I offer a simple pricing structure based on my time in attendance - the timings of which you may choose. The individual prices include film, processing and 5" x 7.5" colour and/or black and white prints. After a light edit I will give you nearly every picture I take so you will have a plentiful collection of good sized loose photographs to arrange as you please in your own albums. I do not generally include an album in my services, finding that the vast majority of my clients prefer to have the freedom to arrange their choice of prints in their own albums as they please. However if time is limited by a busy lifestyle, an album of your choice can be arranged for you for an extra fee dependent on the amount of work/time involved. All prices include VAT.
Brief coverage 2 to 3 hours - £700
Only applicable if the wedding is within an hour's travel time from north London. Suitable for very small wedding parties. This would include between 150 and 180 prints.
Short coverage 5 to 6 hours - £1200
This time frame works well for small ceremonies with perhaps 50 to 80 guests when I'm only needed to catch some of the preparation activities, guests arriving at the venue, the ceremony, the reception and then leave when the meal begins. This would include between 300 and 330 prints.
Standard coverage 8 to 9 hours - £1700
This includes most of the day's events and usually begins with the bride or one partner getting ready through to a bit of dancing. Guests would number between 100 and 150. This would include between 450 and 480 prints.
Long coverage 9 to 11 hours - £2100
Going the Whole Hog/The Full Monty - coverage right from the beginning ie. from getting ready until a car whisks you away at the end of the evening. Guests would number between 150 and 200. This would include between 600 and 630 prints.
Large Scale Weddings
For large scale weddings where guests can number over 200, I suggest offering a 'two photographer' approach and I would work closely with a professional colleague who has a similar style. This has the advantage that both partners could be photographed getting ready and it helps to ensure that every guest will be recorded in a picture somewhere. Prices will vary according to location, number of guests etc. and can be quoted for on application.
Travel Expenses
These will be charged in addition to the coverage listed above. Mileage is billed at 45p/mile from north London and further expenses such as flights/trains and accommodation if necessary will all be charged at cost.
